Is Bricks builder provided or do I have to buy it separately?

Bricks builder is not provided as it’s a paid builder and you have to get it separately.

What if I don’t like the product?

We have a 14-day refund policy, just contact us and we will process the refund immediately without asking a single question. After 14 days, purchases are no longer eligible for refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

How do I get support for Marketplace products?

The individual author is responsible for all the support. You can contact them directly once you made the purchase.

If the author is unable to help you in any case or does not answer, you can simply ask for a refund or we will try to help you connect with the author.

How do I download the products I purchased?

All the products you have purchased are available in the downloads section under My Account.

How do I install and activate marketplace products on my website?

We have a total of 4 categories in our marketplace as of now: Extensions, Child Theme, Layouts, and Layout Pack. Every developer has their own way to install the product. Once you purchase the product kindly head to the documentation of that particular product to know how to install the product.

How do I update products when new versions are released?

It all depends on what the product is and there are different ways to do so, the best advice is to head towards the documentation area and read the article on how to update the product.
