What products we can sell on Bricks Marketplace?

Majorly we accept three types of products, Bricks layouts, Bricks child themes, and Bricks extensions, also you can combine multiple layouts and it can become a Bricks layouts pack.

When can I see my product on the website after submitting it?

We try to review the product asap but for your convenience, you can take up to 1 week. If the product has some issues, we will let you know accordingly.

How much will I get paid?

It’s 70-30%, you will get 70% of the sale amount.

When will I get paid?

All the sales made in a particular month will be paid next month on the 15th. For example, in the month of July, if you have made a total of 7 sales with an amount of $140 you will be paid on the 15th of August.

What if a customer wants a refund?

We have no questions asked 14 days of the refund policy. If a customer asks for a refund, the amount will be revoked from the seller’s balance.

Is giving support to your customer optional or mandatory?

Yes, it’s mandatory. If you fail to give support it can affect your account.

What if I need help with uploading products?

We will be always there for you.
